Refund Policy
Paid plans start with a free 14-day trial, so you can try Pyroom before paying. This page explains when you can get your money back.
In brief
- Trials are free: cancel during the 14 days and you are not charged.
- Within 14 days of your first paid charge for a plan, you can ask for a full refund.
- Later renewals are not refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.
- Paddle, our reseller, processes refunds to your original payment method.
Who handles payments
Pyroom is provided by Mykhailo Smaha, an individual developer in Ukraine. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes refunds.
Free trial
Each paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, once per account. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
14-day refund
If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first paid charge of a plan (the first charge after the trial). The plan ends when the refund is made.
Renewals
Later monthly or yearly renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we made a billing mistake. Cancelling stops all future renewals.
How to ask for a refund
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to hello@pyroom.app from the account email with the order date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
Cancel any time at play.pyroom.app/account/billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and assignments you published stay open for your students.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.
