Simple plans for classrooms and families
The Playground is free for everyone. Students always use Pyroom for free. Teachers publish to one Google Classroom course for free and choose Plus for more.
Paid plans are in beta testing. They are available only to a small group of invited testers for now and will be offered to everyone in the future. Until then, everything in Pyroom stays free for you, including publishing to any number of Google Classroom courses.

Free
- The Playground — writing and running Python, examples, AI help — is free for everyone, without an account.
- Students always use Pyroom with Google Classroom for free.
- Teachers can publish unlimited assignments to one Google Classroom course for free.
Trial and billing
- Each plan starts with a 14-day trial, once per account. A card is required; you are charged on day 15 unless you cancel before.
- Plans renew automatically every month or year. Cancel any time in Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- If a plan ends, assignments you already published stay open for your students.
- We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
Payments and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices include or add tax according to your country, as shown at checkout. Pyroom never sees or stores your card details. See the refund policy.
Questions
Do students need to pay?
No. Students never pay and never see prices in their assignments.
Can a school pay for its teachers?
Yes. With the School plan an administrator invites teachers by email; each invited teacher gets Plus.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. Questions: hello@pyroom.app.
